PRESENTATION
Bouledor SA is a family business based in Nyon that produces a Brazilian culinary specialty, Pão de Queijo, or "cheese bread". We have adapted the traditional recipe using good local products: cheese - Gruyère or Appenzeller, potatoes, sunflower oil, milk and Swiss eggs. Only the high quality cassava flour comes from Brazil. This is how our delicious golden bread balls with a melting cheese center were born.
